The Yesterday’s Gone Series Has More Than 800 5-Star Reviews. Here’s What Readers Like You Are Saying About Season One:

“My only complaint about Yesterday’s Gone is that it pretty much took over my life for the last week. I can’t say I didn’t put it down – I did after all manage to go to work, play with my kid, live my life … but I sure didn’t want to put it down. It’s extremely well written, engaging, witty and terrifying in turn, and has a plot that will keep you guessing. I’ll be downloading season 2 almost immediately so I guess my spare time will continue to be dominated by Messrs. Platt and Wright. I unashamedly tout it as one of the best things I’ve read this year, and unreseverdly recommend it to anyone.”

“If you want all the answers, this is not the book for you. The endings of each episode will leave your jaw on the floor and the ending of the season will leave you slamming your fist on the table because you’ll have to wait for the next one, just like on TV. Yesterday’s Gone is filled with some potentially challenging concepts. So far, the mystery is great and the larger themes are dealt with in a way that keeps you interested and turning pages. It’s a remarkable balance of breezy reading and deep development. Like the show “Lost,” I think it will be a while before we really know if Yesterday’s Gone will live up to its potential. But for now, I’ve not really read anything else like this on Kindle, and for that it’s definitely worth the five stars.”

The Yesterday’s Gone Series Has Over 800 5-Star Reviews. Here’s What Readers Like You Are Saying About Season Four:

“So, I’ve followed these guys since the first episode (and read all their other work), and could barely wait until this season. Season 3 was excellent, and had no idea where they were going to take Season 4. My deal was, “How can they make it any better? How can they elaborate any more on the characters and storyline so I’d stay interested?” Well, I’m ashamed to say now that I even had those thoughts (sorry Dave and Sean). Because they managed to not only continue the story in a fascinating way, but gave me even further insight into everyone. I love how they expanded more on Marina, Mike, Ed and others. And Boricio! OMG! I have a hard time hating him, although I know I am supposed to. The plot thickens, that’s all I can say! You have to read this season (buy Seasons 1-3 first if you haven’t) to really get what I mean. OH and SOMEONE really needs to pick this up as a TV series, like Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, Dexter, because it’s THAT good!”

“This serial in my eyes is the book equivalent of some of the most excellent television out there today. The very thoughtful development of the characters reminds me in many ways of Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad. The authors are also fearless at putting their characters in harms way. The obvious obsession with character development to deepen the storytelling in an unraveled (and now unravelling) world makes this an absolute must read in my mind. Many thanks to David and Sean for giving me one more obsession!!”

“Time after time the duo delivers. This series might not possess the nonstop action of earlier series … but definitely smolders with story/character development and a true sense “that they now know where we will be taken”. Oh no, I have to go. There is black smoke coming from my kitchen. Has evil arrived or is my morning toast just burning?”

It does sound like we are getting ALL FOUR SEASONS for .99. I thought that was too good to be true. So I will see what I already have. I think the first Two or three seasons. I am glad so many like it. It is not my favorite because of the very reason so many like it…Boricio. He is rather campy to me.

Hi, Donna. Yeah, Boricio is campy, but I think he comes into his own, especially in Season Four. Thank you for the heads-up on the wording re: the sale. I changed the wording so as not to confuse anyone.
